American Ice Coffee

Serves: 4 | Prep time:

3.5 oz dark cherries without core

1/4 cup kirsch

4 tbsp cream

2 cups strongly brewed Melitta Coffee

Let the cherries drip off and put them, the kirsch and the cream in a mix pot. Brew Melitta coffee with filter paper by Melitta. Add the coffee (not too hot) to the other ingredients. Purée everything with a hand mixer. Let it cool down in the fridge. Put it in four glasses, garnish each one with a cherry and serve.
