Warm Chocolate & Coffee Crème

Use this decadent and rich coffee crème as a complement to ice cream, fresh fruit or a simple cake. Or, add a few spoonfuls of crème to rich vanilla ice cream and blend to make an old-fashioned milk shake.

8oz of Melitta French Vanilla coffee

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup prepared marshmallow crème

2 2-ounce semisweet baking chocolate bars, broken into pieces

 

Brew a 8-ounce cup of Melitta French Vanilla coffee.

 

Place 2 teaspoons of the prepared coffee in a medium saucepan. Add the cream and the vanilla extract and cook over medium heat until warm, stirring often. Add the marshmallow crème and the baking chocolate and stir again.

 

Continue heating over low heat, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
