Question: How do I find out the status of my order?
Answer: To find out the status of your order go to Login at the top of the page.  
Then select Order Tracking at the top of the page.
Enter your Order Number and E-mail Address.

Question: Who will be delivering my order, and how long will it take to receive it?
Answer: Your order will be delivered via UPS or USPS and shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) from the time you place your order. You can expect your delivery in approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Question: How can I get a standing order of coffee delivered to my home or office?
Answer: Add the products you would like to your Cart on https://shoponline.melitta.com.
Proceed to Checkout. 
While in Checkout, select Auto Replenish and pick how often you’d like to receive your coffee.
Submit your order.  
Sit back and let Melitta’s gourmet coffee come to you — your first order will ship within 72 hours.

Question: What is Melitta’s return and refund policy?
Answer: Melitta USA guarantees your satisfaction and we will replace or refund any Melitta product with receipt within 60 days of purchase (see Electrics Policy, below).

Receipts must accompany request for refund or replacement.


Electrics Return and Refund Policy
