Don't skimp when it comes to pure vanilla extract. There are many "imitation vanilla" flavors, but pure vanilla extract offers intensity that can't be matched.
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
5oz of Melitta Hazelnut Creme coffee
2 tablespoons whipping cream
In a small, deep bowl, beat the egg white with an electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Gently add the vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks are formed.
