6 oz brewed dark roast Melitta coffee, hot. (Try Melitta Vienna Roast or Melitta European Roast)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
Fresh whipped cream
Temper a glass mug with hot water, then empty.
Pour hot Melitta dark roast coffee into mug. Add brown sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
Mix in Irish whiskey. Top with whipped cream.
