Sebastian's Dark Chocolate Cremaccino


Makes 2 servings:


20 g Melitta Italian Espresso BellaCrema

35 g Dark Chocolate

200 ml Milk (3.25% fat)


1.Put Melitta Italian Espresso BellaCrema into your coffee grinder. Set the coffee grinder so you have 20 g of ground coffee and make coffee according to package directions.

2.Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces. Heat 100 ml of the milk in a saucepan and stir 30 g of the dark chocolate into the milk. Pour the coffee into a cup and add the dark chocolate milk.

3.Froth the remaining milk. Pour the frothed milk over the coffee. Using a fine grater, grate the remaining dark chocolate onto the frothed milk and serve.

Sebastian’s Tip: Is dark chocolate too bitter for you? Cremaccino also tastes great prepared with milk chocolate.
